plant &V3& has status <LS>Archived</>. Objects have, however, been
added to the batch after archiving. This means that there are objects

The system assigns status <LS>Partially archived</> to the current
version of the batch record. This version cannot be approved until the
batch record has been archived completely.
Archive the batch record.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
