What causes this issue?

The system did not select batches for one of the following reasons:
You are not authorized to create header records for batch records of
the materials you have selected.
The process orders for the existing batches have not been approved.
Batch record creation has not been specified for the order type.
More than one incoming inspection lot exists for the batches.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Depending on what caused the error, proceed as follows:
Ask your system administrator for the authorization required to create
header records.
First, approve the process orders of those batches whose batch record
you want to create.
If required, correct the settings for the order type.

Documentation</>.
The user needs the authorization for transaction COCR (Create header
record of a batch record), authorization object <LS>Batch record</>
(M_MATE_CHP).
