  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

    You want to create a new maintenance order and assign it to the
    notification. There is already a task list assigned to the notification.
    However, the order type of the new maintenance order does not allow any
    information derived from the task list to be copied to the new order.
    This also applies to operations that were copied from the task list into
    the notification.

    System Response

    The new maintenance order is created and assigned to the notification.
    However, the system does not copy this task list assignment to the new
    maintenance order.

    How to fix this error?

    The Customizing settings for the order type determine whether it is
    allowed to copy task list information while creating a new maintenance
    order and assigning it to the notification.
    If you want the task list assignment to be copied to the new maintenance
    order, you can do the following:
    When creating a maintenance order, use a different order type for which
    task list information is allowed to be copied to the new order.
    Contact your system administrator to adjust the Customizing settings for
    the respective order type under <ZK>Plant Maintenance and Customer
    Service</> --> <ZK>Maintenance and Service Processing</> -->
    <ZK>Maintenance and Service Orders</> --> <ZK>Functions and Settings for
    Order Types</> --> <ZK>Define Notification and Order Integration</>. For
    the respective order type the table entry for the <ZK>Enh. Object List
    </> has to be <ZK>Assignment of Operations to All Notifications Active
    </> or <ZK>Assignment of Operations to All Object List Entries Active
    </>.
