An SAP DMS status report can only be created via an SAP DMS document
link.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Choose one of the following options:
Create a new status report together with a new document link. To do
this, choose <LS>Create Status Report</>.
This option inserts the new status report directly below the document
structure header.
First create a document link and then create a new status report via the
document structure display:
First choose <LS>Create Link</>.
If you create a link to a new document info record, you have to save the
project afterwards and refresh the display.
Select a folder from the document structure display of the SAP DMS
document link and create a new status report using <LS>Create Status
Report</>.
