What causes this issue?

You want to set the item in CRM to status completed.
This is only possible by:
<ZH>Either</> rejecting the item
<ZH>Or</> fully completing the item in the connecting OLTP system (for
example, via delivery)

System Response

Status cannot be changed.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
