Message text: Hierarchy display is not yet supported for document search
In the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient, you make customizing settings
for the business role. You assign function profile CONTENT_MGMT to the
business role used by your user and you set a profile value for the
function profile CONTENT_MGMT.
You make customizing settings for the content management, you select the
<zk>Folder Visible</> checkbox for the profile ID already set. In this
way, the documents are displayed in hierarchy in the document search
work center. However, this is not yet supported.
System may not display the documents retrieved in the document search
work center.
Deselect the <zk>Folder Visible</> checkbox for your content management
profile ID. The documents are then listed in the document search work
center.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
