For automatic determination of organizational data:
Check the organizational model: Have the sales offices been selected?
Have the attributes relevant for determination been assigned?
Check the settings for organizational data determination in Customizing
for <LS>Service</>. Choose <LS>Master Data -> Organizational Management
-> Organizational Data Determination -> Change Rules and Profiles</>.
