    You have attempted to send target groups, profiles or profile groups to
    channels. One of the following errors has occurred:
    None of the target groups to be sent are active
    There are no active target groups for the profiles
    No active target group exists for the profile set or for one of the
    segments belonging to the profile set
    All the target groups are exclusion lists, which cannot be sent
    Execution is only possible with active target groups that are not
    exclusion lists. Since no such target group exists, execution was
    stopped.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Start the Segment Builder and create active target groups for the
    appropriate segments or set the status of the target groups to "active".
    You can then restart the background job in the Marketing Planner or
    restart the execution in the Segment Builder.
