  • What causes this issue?

    A rebate agreement and/or rebate conditions are assigned to the trade
    spend you wish to delete. It is not possible to delete or change a trade
    spend associated to a rebate agreement in SAP CRM since the rebate
    agreements are transferred to and used in SAP ERP. This ensures data
    consistency between SAP CRM and SAP ERP.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You cannot delete the rebate agreement and therefore cannot delete the
    trade spend.
    You can either delete the whole campaign or set the values to zero in
    <ZK>Volumes / Trade Spends</> or <ZK>Conditions</>.
