    reasons:

    Improper set up of the RFC destination or by the xPD web service itself

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator to check the Customizing and set up of
    the RFC destination:
    Access the IMG activity <DS:SIMG.CRMV_MKTISM_WS>Maintain Destination of
    xPD Web Service</>.
    Check the Customizing settings.
    Check the availability of the xPD web service and make sure it is
    running.
    If the problem persists even though the Customizing and set up is
    correct, then create an OSS message using the component XX-PROJ-CRM-ISM.
