  • What causes this issue?

The user selected the indicator <LS>Retransfer Queue Entries</> in the
    publish report <LB>CRM_MKT_RTOM_PUBLISH</>.
This indicator is only meant to be set by an administrator in case of an
inconsistency on the RTOM side and unless RTOM sends the feedback
response for the last publish job.

    System Response

The system retransfers all real-time offers and computed attributes in
the RTOM queue (database table <LS>CRMD_RTOM_QUEUE</>) to RTOM.
RTOM might still send the feedback for the previous publish job. In this
case, the queued RFC entry is stuck in the inbound queue
    <LB>RTOM_FEEDBACK</> with the error message
    <DS:NA.CRM_MKT_RTOM_FEEDB_R011>CRM_MKT_RTOM_FEEDB_R 011</>.

    How to fix this error?

If a feedback message from RTOM is stuck in the queue with the error
message <LS>CRM_MKT_RTOM_FEEDB_R 011</>, an administrator has to delete
    this queue entry manually.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Delete the queue entry manually.
