  • What causes this issue?

    The plan/campaign object &V1& (GUID = &V2&) appears more than once in
    the returned hierarchy.
    The external system transferred a hierarchy to the returned table where
    this object (element of a marketing plan or campaign) appears more than
    once. The object was identified by its name.
    In the hierarchy that was returned, the system found objects with the
    same name. The CRM Marketing Planner does not permit several objects
    with the same name. The name of the object must be unique per client.

    How to fix this error?

    In the external system, change the names of the objects such that they
    are unique within the hierarchy.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
