When you export/import a marketing plan or campaign, the CRM planning
module transfers information to the external system's interface. This
information includes the exact Customizing entries from the
CRMC_EXT_SERVER table that specify the connection to the external
system to which the plan/campaign was already exported.
During this information transfer, more Customizing entries were copied
from the plan than exist in the CRMC_EXT_SERVER Customizing table.
Entries have probably been deleted from the Customizing table.
Changes in the content of this table are recorded in the log (provided
the system administrator activated this log function). Use the function
<DS:TRAN.SCU3>Evaluation of Change Logs</> to determine who deleted
these entries.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
