    Due to an internal problem, the system was not able to determine whether
    some of the inbox buttons are to be enabled or disabled.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Ensure that the transaction type of the selected inbox item has been
    defined in Customizing for the activity clipboard. To do this, access
    the Customizing activity <ZK>Customer Relationship Management</> -->
    <ZK>Interaction Center WebClient</> --> <ZK>Basic Functions</> -->
    <DS:SIMG.CRM_IC_007>Define Activity Clipboard Profiles</>.
    In order to analyze the problem, activate the checkpoint groups
    IC_WEBCLIENT_INBOX and IC_WEBCLIENT_PROCESS_CONTROL for your user in
    transaction SAAB (Assertions and Breakpoints). A dialog box of the ABAP
    debugger is then displayed as soon as the problem occurs.
