    You are using the agent inbox to work on e-mails, fax messages, business
    transactions or cases. You have selected an item in the inbox and
    selected the <ZK>Link</> button.

    System Response

    The IC WebClient was not able to link the selected object and therefore
    has displayed this message.

    Contact your system administrator.

    Ensure that the Customizing for the activity clipboard has been
    configured correctly. To do this, access Customizing activity <ZK>
    Customer Relationship Management</> --> <ZK>Interaction Center WebClient
    </> --> <ZK>Basic Functions</> --> <DS:SIMG.CRM_IC_007>Define Activity
    Clipboard Profiles</>. The object type to be linked and the object type
    of the main business transaction or case to be linked to both have to be
    defined.
    To analyze the problem further with the ABAP debugger, activate the
    checkpoint group with the ID "ic_webclient_inbox" for your user in
    transaction SAAB.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
