    supported for the advanced search view. If the standard search view of
    the IC inbox is selected in Customizing, saved search functionality,
    including saved search launching and navigation, is not supported.

    You can choose from the following options:
    To enable the IC inbox advanced search view, which supports saved
    searches, select <LS>Advanced Search View</> for the inbox profile
    assigned to the relevant business role in Customizing for <LS>Customer
    Relationship Management</> under <ZK><LS>Interaction Center WebClient ->
    Agent Inbox -> Define Inbox Profiles</>.</>
    If you do not want to use saved searches, you can hide the saved search
    launcher from the work area header bar by assigning a functional
    parameter to your business role. Assign the parameter and value
    <LB>ALLSEARCHES_SVDSRCH - Off </>to the function profile assigned to the
    relevant business role in Customizing for<ZK> <LS>Customer Relationship
    Management</> </>under <ZK><LS>UI Framework -> Technical Role Definition
    -> Define Parameters</>.</>

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
