    responsible group, contact person and sold-to party have been maintained
    for the partner determination procedures relevant for the selected
    business transactions. To do this, access the Customizing activity
    <ZK>Customer Relationship Management</> --> <ZK>Interaction Center
    WebClient</> --> <ZK>Agent Inbox</> --> <ZK>Map Element Attributes to
    Inbox Attributes</> --> <DS:SIMG.CRM_IC_035>Map Business Transactions to
    Responsible Employees and Groups</>.
    In order to analyze the problem, use transaction SAAB and activate the
    checkpoint group IC_WEB_CLIENT_INBOX for your user. Then reproduce the
    problem. A dialog box of the ABAP debugger is displayed, when the error
    is detected.
