    When the claim is being saved, clearing and availability control checks
    are performed to ensure document consistency. If the checks are
    successfull, the agreement is updated. During this process, the
    agreement should be locked. In this case, the agreement was being used
    in another process and could not be locked.

    Unlock the agreement to save the claim.
