Message text: RFC destination in profile for ERP sales transactions must be &1
When you create an SAP ERP returns order from an SAP CRM complaint item
or returns item, the ERP system is called using CRM middleware. During
this process, there was an error for the following reason:
The ERP system that is entered in the middleware <LS>Administration
Console: Object Navigator </>(transaction <LB>SMOEAC</>) for <LS>Site</>
= <LS>R/3</>, does not match the value of the <LS>RFC Destination</>
that is entered in the Customizing activity
<DS:SIMG.CRMVC_ERPPROF>Define Profiles for ERP Sales Transactions</>.
Adjust the RFC destination of your <LS>ERP Sales Order Profile</> in SAP
CRM Customizing activity <DS:SIMG.CRMVC_ERPPROF>Define Profiles for ERP
Sales Transactions</>, to the value that is used for your middleware
connections for SAP ERP.
In Customizing activity <DS:SIMG.CRMC_UI_PROFILE>Define Business Role
</>, you can see which profile needs to be adapted in the Customizing
activity named above.
The profile name appears there in the field <LS>Technical Profile </>for
business role SERVICEPRO.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
