    The PPF action that closes dependent transactions of a closed case was
    executed.
    However, the action could not close the dependent transaction &V1& of
    the type &V3&, because the case closing profile was referencing a status
    that is not part of the status profile for this transaction type. There
    may be an error in the customizing settings.

    How to fix this error?

    In the transaction &V1& set the status manually. However, this problem
    can occur again unless you change the customizing settings for the case
    closing profile.
    To do this, go to the IMG customizing activity
    <DS:SIMG.CRMVC_CMG_CLOSE_PRF1>Define Case Closing Profile</> for the
    case closing profile &V2&. Search for the transaction type &V3& and
    ensure that the status to be set is one that is available in the status
    profile for this transaction type.
