    What causes this issue?

The PPF action &V1& that closes the dependent transactions of a closed
    case was executed.

    How to fix this error?

Ensure that the case type and the case closing profile are defined. To
do this, check the settings in the IMG activity
<DS:SIMG.CRM_CASE_CASETYPE>Define Case Types</> for case type &V2&, and
check the settings in the IMG activity
<DS:SIMG.CRMVC_CMG_CLOSE_PRF1>Define Case Closing Profile</> for closing
    profile &V4&.
After you have verified and maintained the settings, execute this PPF
action again. To do this, go to transaction <DS:TRAN.SPPFP>SPPFP</> and
search for the PPF action definition &V1& with application key &V3&. Run
the action again. If the problem persists, report it to SAP support.
