While retrieving ATP information, an error which could not clearly be
specified occurred in the target system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the correct ATP System has been defined. In addition,
check whether it is a general problem (error occurs constantly) or
whether it occurs only sporadically. If the error occurs constantly,
check the definitions and the customizing in CRM Online (profiles). If
necessary, check the settings and the ATP-relevant customizing in the
ATP System.
If the error occurs sporadically, try to find the circumstances under
which this happens or at least try to establish a reproducible case.
If the error is not due to customizing, contact your system
administrator.
Call up the ATP information once again as soon as you have solved the
problem.
