  • What causes this issue?

When calling the ATP System, the RFC Runtime System detected an error.
The RFC connection to the ATP System could not be established or was
    terminated.

    System Response

The document is marked as incorrect and subsequent processing can only
continue if an ATP check can be carried out successfully. The system
tries to re-establish the connection to the ATP System only if the
transaction is called up once again.

    How to fix this error?

You must carry out the ATP check once again as soon as the connection to
the ATP System is re-established. To do this, mark the relevant items
    and choose <LS>Availability Check</>.
The connection is also interrupted if a dump takes place in the (SAP)
ATP System. You should therefore check if there was a dump.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
