Message text: Availability check: Undefined error during check
During the ATP check, an error occured in the ATP System that cannot be
identified further.
The document is locked from subsequent processing.
Check if the correct ATP System and the correct release of the ATP
System have been defined. In addition, check whether this was a general
error (occurs every time), or whether the error occurs only
occasionally. If the error occurs every time, then you must check the
definitions and Customizing (profiles) in CRM. If the ATP System you use
is an SAP APO System, you must check the profile and its settings in the
APO System. ATP-relevant Customizing must also be checked.
If the error occurs occasionsally, then try to ascertain the causes or
at least reproduce the error for further analysis.
If you cannot find the error in Customizing, contact your system
administrator.
When the problem is solved, you must trigger the ATP check for the
document once again.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
