The phrase export waits a maximum of &v1& minutes to lock the phrase
library.
If the system can lock the phrase library within the specified time, the
phrase export is run. If the system <ZH>cannot</> lock the phrase
library within the specified time, the phrase export is canceled.

How to fix this error?

If the phrase library <ZH>cannot</> be locked, start the phrase export
again.
