Message text: Person "&1 &2" not allowed for this role
You want to migrate a safety measure that comprises one of the following
person roles:
Responsible
Administrator
Responsible for check
The above persons are migrated to the following persons in the
<LS>Environment, Health, and Safety</> system, respectively:
Responsible
Implementer
Approver
A safety measure person can be assigned as an action responsible,
implementer, or approver only if the following prerequisites are met:
The person is defined as a system user in the <LS>Environment, Health,
and Safety</> system.
The corresponding user in the HR system is connected to the system user
in the <LS>Environment, Health, and Safety</> system.
The system user is listed as an agent in the corresponding action
workflow task.
The system cannot migrate the person of the safety measure.
Before you migrate the persons of the safety measure, you must connect
the HR users to the system users in the <LS>Environment, Health, and
Safety</> system. Then, you must assign the system users as agents to
the action responsible, implementer, or approver person roles (standard
workflow tasks).
Alternatively, you can change the action responsible, implementer, and
approver standard workflow tasks to general tasks by configuring their
attributes.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
