the workflow template &V1& is not active.
If the event link is not active, no workflow instance is created for
this template when the process is started.
If there is another template active for PCO class &V2&, the system
creates workflow instance for this template.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
You can activate the event link in transaction <ZK>Display Tasks</>
(PFTC_DIS) on the tab <LS>Triggering events</>.
