    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    What causes this issue?

    The sender data of the initiator is determined using the sales
    organization &V1&. The system could not determine the name of the sales
    organization as either the name of the sales organization has not been
    maintained, or the corresponding report symbol has not been entered in
    the report template of the safety data sheet.

    System Response

    The name of the initiator is not included in the safety data sheet and
    cannot therefore be transferred to the ESComXML file.

    How to fix this error?

    In transaction <DS:TRAN.CG42>Edit Report Template</>, make sure the
    report symbol that provides the name of the sales organization is
    entered in the report template of your safety data sheet. In the
    standard delivery, you can find the report symbol in the report symbol
    group '05 Parameter: Shipping point-dependent data'.
