    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    What causes this issue?

    The <DS:DE.ESEESC_VKORG_EMAIL_ADDRESS>E-mail Address for Information
    Relevant to Product Safety</> is provided several times in the safety
    data sheet.

    For this reason, the system could not determine the e-mail address
    uniquely for the ESComXML file.

    System Response


    The e-mail address provided first in the safety data sheet is
    transferred to the ESComXML file.

    How to fix this error?

    In transaction <DS:TRAN.CG42>Edit Report Template</>, make sure the
    e-mail address is only entered once in the report of your safety data
    sheet. In the standard delievery, you can find the report symbol in the
    report symbol group '05A Additional Information for Sales Organization'.
