    What causes this issue?

    The sender data of the initiator is determined using the sales
    organization &V1&. The system could not determine the name of the sales
    organization for the ESComXML file uniquely as several names for the
    sales organization exist in the safety data sheet.

    System Response

    The first name provided in the safety data sheet is transferred to the
    ESComXML file.

    How to fix this error?

    In transaction <DS:TRAN.CG42>Edit Report Template</>, make sure the
    report symbol that provides the name of the sales organization is only
    entered in the report template of your safety data sheet once. In the
    standard delievery, you can find the report symbol in the report symbol
    group '05 Parameter: SORG Dependent Data'.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
