The SAP error message CBRC_REGCHECK115 typically occurs when there is an issue with activating a status in a status profile for a specific order. This error is related to the status management in SAP, particularly in the context of controlling and managing the lifecycle of orders, such as production orders, maintenance orders, or project orders.

    Cause:

The error can be caused by several factors, including:

    1. Inconsistent Status Profile: The status profile assigned to the order may not be correctly configured or may have inconsistencies that prevent the activation of the specified status.

    2. Missing Authorizations: The user attempting to activate the status may not have the necessary authorizations to perform this action.

    3. Dependencies on Other Statuses: The status you are trying to activate may have dependencies on other statuses that are not met. For example, certain statuses may require that other statuses be set or cleared first.

    4. Order Status Restrictions: The order may be in a state that does not allow the activation of the requested status due to business rules or logic defined in the system.

    Solution:

To resolve the CBRC_REGCHECK115 error, you can take the following steps:

    1. Check Status Profile Configuration:

      • Review the status profile assigned to the order. Ensure that the statuses are correctly defined and that there are no inconsistencies.
      • Use transaction code BS02 to check the status profile settings.
    2. Review Authorizations:

      • Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to change the status of the order. You may need to consult with your SAP security team to verify this.
    3. Check Dependencies:

      • Investigate if there are any dependencies on other statuses. You can do this by checking the status management documentation or configuration in the system.
      • Ensure that any prerequisite statuses are set or cleared as required.
    4. Order State:

      • Verify the current state of the order. If the order is in a state that does not allow the activation of the requested status, you may need to change the order's state first.
    5. Consult Documentation:

      • Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific details about the status profile and the statuses involved.
