  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have reset the status &V1& of the document &V3& with the transaction
<DS:TRAN.CBRC21>Substance Volume Tracking: Display Blocked Documents</>.
You should do this only if the following prerequisites are fulfilled:
You have changed the data so that the regulation check would now
conclude that the regulations are adhered to. This means, for example,
that you have registered a large enough volume for a tracked substance
with the authorities, increased the volume of an existing registration,
or added missing data in the system.
You want to reset the status without making a change to the order. This
would cause a new regulation check to be run that automatically resets
the status if the check runs successfully.

    System Response

    <ZH>Caution:</>
When you reset a status, the system does <ZH>not</> run a new regulation
check. If the order is changed or released however, a regulation check
is started again, which may set a new status.

    How to fix this error?

If you want to deactivate the regulation check for the order completely,
for example, to allow the order to be released, you must deactivate the
document block for the order in the transaction
<DS:TRAN.CBRC21>Substance Volume Tracking: Display Blocked Documents</>.
