What causes this issue?

With the selected process message, material consumption data is
transferred to destination &V2&. However, the message does not
contain the corresponding reservation number and item. For this
reason, the material consumption cannot be uniquely assigned to a
reservation item.

System Response

The material consumption is posted to the first reservation item for
the material for which the final delivery has not yet been made.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
