activity itself is not scheduled. There are no forecast dates for this
activity.
Since no forecast dates exist, the system uses the basic dates for
scheduling.
Schedule the complete project using forecast dates to make sure that
all activities have forecast dates.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
