    The current state of the cleansing case does not allow you to start the
    cleansing process.

    System Response

    As long as the cleansing case does not fulfill all prerequisites,
    starting the cleansing process is not allowed. It is however possible to
    save the cleansing case and all of its data.

    How to fix this error?

    At least two records have to be assigned to a cleansing case. If the
    cleansing case status is <ZK>Potential Duplicate, </>then one of these
    records has to be the target record. The status of the change request
    assigned to the cleansing process must allow changes within the current
    workflow step.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
