The call is not deflected. It still exists on your connection.
Choose a different number. If the required number is not offered, you
can either assign yourself a different number group in the
<DS:TRAN.SPHA>user-dependent settings</> of SAPphone or ask your
system administrator to insert a new number in your number group.
In order to insert a new number in a number group, start the SAPphone
<DS:TRAN.SPHB>system administration</> and choose 'Goto -> Deflect ->
Maintain numbers' in order to create a new number, and 'Goto -> Deflect
-> Maintain groups' in order to add the number to a group.
The error can occur in 2 different places:
1. In the connected gateway
2. In the underlying CTI software
