    specified call ID is not valid. Possible reasons:
    The call has already ended.
    The call was transferred or converted into a conference call. In the
    process, the ID can change.

    The server concerned is &V1&.

    System Response

    The function was not executed.

    How to fix this error?

    If possible, refresh the overview of all calls, choose the required
    call and repeat the action.

    2. In the underlying CTI software
