What causes this issue?

There is no rule for IRM object type &V1& with a specified minimum
retention period in any productive policy. Data archiving or destruction
is not possible if no minimum retention period is specified. Only
snapshot generation runs can be executed.

System Response

Archiving or destruction is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Enter a minimum retention period for object type &V1& for at least one
rule in a live policy. If this is not possible or useful, you can only
use the snapshot option for this IRM object type.
