    Project definition &V1& is deactivated. It is not possible to create a
    WBS element for a deactivated project definition.
    The project definition probably belongs to appropriation request &V1&.

    How to fix this error?

    Do one of the following:
    Enter a different project definition that is already active.
    Enter a new project definition number, which you then create along with
    the WBS element.
