  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You wanted to adopt plan values from the appropriation request, either
when creating &V1& &V2& from within the appropriation request, or by
using the 'adopt plan values' function.

    System Response

&V1& &V2& is not a planning element and is not managed statistically.
Therefore the plan values cannot be transferred.
Measure &V1& &V2& is created anyway.
If you were using the 'adopt plan values' function, plan values are not
    adopted.

    How to fix this error?

    Check WBS element &V2&.
Adoption of plan values is only allowed on planning elements or on
    statistical WBS elements.
After you correct WBS element &V2&, you can then adopt the plan values
using the 'adopt plan values' function from within the appropriation
request, if only one measure is assigned to the appropriation request.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
