the variant. The completion date always has to be before the startup

The entry is not allowed.

How to fix this error?

Do one of the following:
Correct completion date &V1& that you entered so that it is before or
the same date as startup date &V2&.
Correct startup date &V2&, so that it is after or the same date as
completion date &V1&.
