What causes this issue?

You are trying to use a transaction or program which is part of the
<ZK>Flexible Real Estate Management</> (RE-FX) component.
However, in the current client, the <ZK>Classic Real Estate</> (Classic
RE) component is active.

System Response

It is not possible to use the above software components in the same
client in parallel as this may lead to data inconsistency (for instance
real estate master data and contract data).

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator.
The menu has to be adjusted according to the software component that is
currently active.
