What causes this issue?

You are trying to use a transaction or a program that is part of the
Classic Real Estate (Classic RE) component.
However in the current client, the <ZK>Flexible Real Estate Management
</> (RE-FX) component is active.

System Response

It is not possible to use the above components in the same client as
this may lead to a data inconsistency (for instance real estate master
data and contract data)

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator.
The menu needs to be set up in accordance with the component that is
active.
