    The system was unable to obtain a length of service group for this
    employee. It requires this information to calculate the cost of the
    benefit plan.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    To obtain the length of service group, several pieces of information
    must be in place:
    The length of service must be calculated correctly. This is the
    difference between two dates. One is the cutoff day in view Benefit
    cost formula (V_T5UBH). The other is the start date, taken usually from
    either of the following infotypes:
    * Organizational assignment (0001)
    * Date specifications (0041)
    However this may be different in your system.
    An appropriate length of service range and group must exist for this
    salary in view Benefit salary group (V_T5UBM).
    Make sure that these entries exist.
