The system was unable to obtain an age group for this employee. It
requires this information to calculate the cost of the benefit plan.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To obtain the age group, several pieces of information must be in
place:
The benefit age must be calculated correctly. This is the difference
between two dates. One is the cutoff day in view Benefit cost formula
(V_T5UBH). The other is date of birth, taken usually from either of the
following infotypes:
* Personal data (0008)
* Family/related person (0021)
However this may be different in your system.
An appropriate age range and group must exist for this age in view
Benefit age group (V_T5UBL).
Make sure that these entries exist.
