You have unneccessarily entered a criteria ID for the formula criteria.
There is no need for this if you have not specified Salary, Age or
Service in the criteria as relevant.

System Response

The system will not store an ID without one of the above criteria being
checked.

How to fix this error?

Either delete the criteria ID or check one or more of the Salary, Age
or Service criteria.
