    How to fix this error?

For customer reference, a summary of the various warning and error
messages related to this topic is provided below, along with the actions
you can take to resolve them.
    Data missing from Block 2
The ROE Workbench cannot determine the serial number of the ROE to be
amended or replaced. If this error occurs, contact your system
    administrator.
    Data missing from Block 3
The Employer's Payroll Reference Number (Block 3) is missing and must be
    filled.
No legal requirement exists for employers to report this information.
Nonetheless, integration between the ROE Workbench and HRSDC
applications requires that Block 3 be filled. The ROE Workbench
populates this field with the employee's personnel number. If this error
    occurs, contact your System Administrator.
    Data missing from Block 4
The name and address of the employer are missing and must be filled.
To resolve this error, verify that you have correctly configured
employer name and address information by means of the following
    Customizing for <ZK>Payroll Canada</> (PY-CA) step:
Reporting and Statistics -> Record of Employment (ROE) ->
Record of Employment - ROE Workbench (New Version) ->
<DS:SIMG.OHAKREP206>Confirm CRA Business Number reporting addresses
    (Blocks 4, 5 & 7)</>
    Data missing from Block 5
The Canada Revenue Agency Business Number is missing and must be filled.
This error occurs when the ROE Workbench unsuccessfully attempts, within
payroll cluster RK, to retrieve the Business Number from the final pay
period. If this error occurs, contact your System Administrator.
    Data missing from Block 7
The employer's postal code is missing and must be filled.
    Data missing from Block 8
The employee's Social Insurance Number is missing and must be filled.
To resolve this error, confirm both that a <ZH>Personal Data</> infotype
(0002) record exists for the employee on the Last Day Worked, and that
this record contains a valid Social Insurance Number on that day.
    Data missing from Block 10
The employee's First Day Worked is missing and must be filled.
The ROE Workbench uses one of the following methods to determine this
day. Review the appropriate infotype record(s) to ensure that this day
    has been maintained.
If you enter this date as an override value on the <ZH>Record of
Employment (ROE) - Generator</> selection screen, then the date that you
enter will be printed in Block 10, and this error will not occur.
If you did not enter this date as an override value on the <ZH>Record of
Employment (ROE) - Generator</> selection screen, then the ROE Workbench
will print the latest of the following system dates in Block 10:
The hire or re-entry date recorded for the employee in the <ZH>Actions
    </> infotype (0000).
The date stored in <ZH>Date type</> 40 of the <ZH>Date Specifications
</> (0041), assuming that a record has been maintained for the employee
on the run date of the ROE Workbench.
The day after the Last Day For Which Paid (Block 11) of the last ROE
issued by the same Canada Revenue Agency Business Number for the same
    Social Insurance Number.
The first day that the employee physically reported to work after
returning from an absence defined in <ZH>Absences</> infotype (2001).
This date, if it exists, is stored in view V_T5K1A.
    RESET N1
    Data missing from Block 11
The Last Day For Which Paid is missing and must be filled.
The ROE Workbench uses one of the following methods to determine this
    day.
If you enter this date as an override value on the <ZH>Record of
Employment (ROE) - Generator</> selection screen, then the date that you
enter will be printed in Block 11, and this error will not occur.
If you did not enter this date as an override value on the <ZH>Record of
Employment (ROE) - Generator</> selection screen, then the ROE Workbench
    will set this date to:
    <ZH>either</> the Last Day Worked,
    <ZH>or</> the date stored in <ZH>Date type</> 43 of the <ZH>Date
Specifications</> infotype (0041), assuming that a record has been
maintained for the employee on the run date of the ROE Workbench. This
    is the default setting.
The Last Day Worked is determined either via <ZH>Actions</> (in infotype
0000) or <ZH>Absences</> (in infotype 2001) defined between the First
Day Worked (in Block 10) and the ROE run date. If multiple employment
periods occurred between the First Day Worked (in Block 10) and the ROE
run date, the Last Day Worked is determined from the last employment
period. If the Last Day Worked cannot be determined from the <ZH>Actions
</> or <ZH>Absences</> infotypes (0000 and 2001, respectively), then the
ROE Workbench will derive it from the date stored in <ZH>Date type</> 41
    of the <ZH>Date Specifications</> infotype (0041), assuming that a
record has been maintained for the employee on the run date of the ROE
    Workbench.
    Data missing from Block 12
The Final Pay Period Ending Date is missing and must be filled.
This block contains the final pay period ending date as defined in
<ZH>Payroll Periods</> table T549Q. This date must precede or fall on
the Last Day For Which Paid (Block 11). To resolve this error, verify
via the following Customizing for <ZK>Payroll Canada</> (PY-CA) step
that the final pay period is valid.
    Basic Settings
    -> Payroll Organization
    -> <DS:SIMG.OHAKUM008>Generate payroll periods</>
    Data missing from Block 14
The Expected Date Of Recall is missing and must be filled.
Assuming that a record has been maintained for the employee in <ZH>Date
    type</> 47 of the <ZH>Date Specifications</> infotype (0041) on the run
date of the ROE Workbench, then the Expected Date of Recall is set to
this date. This is the default setting.
Otherwise, you must specify one of the following selections on the
<ZH>Record of Employment (ROE) - Generator</> selection screen:
    <ZH>Unknown</>
    <ZH>Not returning</>
    <ZH>Unspecified</>
    <ZH>Date of recall (specify)</>

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If you choose this option, then you must maintain the expected date of
    recall in the adjacent field.
If you know that the employee will return on a certain date, select
<ZH>Date of recall</>, then specify that date. Otherwise, select
    <ZH>Unknown</> or <ZH>Not returning</>.
    Data missing from Block 15A
The number of Total Insurable Hours is missing and must be filled.
This error occurs when the ROE Workbench cannot calculate the total
insurable hours worked or paid during the required ROE reporting period.
To resolve this error, use the <ZH>Display payroll results</> report
(RPCLSTRK) to calculate and verify the total insurable hours for the
applicable period, starting with the most recent pay period - that is,
the pay period that includes the date shown in Block 11. For additional
information, refer to HRSDC documentation on completing the Record of
Employment; this documentation stipulates the number of consecutive pay
periods that is required to calculate the total number of insurable
hours. If Block 15A should be filled with the total insurable hours
cumulated from payroll results cluster RK, then report this error to
your System Administrator for further investigation.
Data missing from Block 15B or 15C
The number of Total Insurable Earnings is missing and must be filled.
This error occurs when the ROE Workbench cannot calculate the total
insurable earnings for the ROE reporting period at hand.
To resolve this error, use the <ZH>Display payroll results</> report
(RPCLSTRK) to calculate and verify the total insurable earnings for the
applicable period, starting with the most recent pay period - that is,
the pay period that includes the date shown in Block 11. For additional
information, refer to HRSDC documentation on completing the Record of
Employment; this documentation stipulates the number of consecutive pay
periods that is required to calculate the total insurable earnings. If
Block 15B should be filled with the total insurable earnings cumulated
from payroll results cluster RK, then report this error to your System
    Administrator for further investigation.
If any pay period has no insurable earnings, then Block 15C should also
be filled starting with the most recent pay period - that is, the pay
period that includes the date shown in Block 11 - in Block 15C PP1. The
total of all amounts reported in Block 15C must be equal to the total
insurable earnings reported in Block 15A.
Data missing from Block 16 (Reason Code)
The reason for issuing the ROE is missing and must be filled.
To resolve this error, verify that you have correctly configured the
following three Customizing for <ZK>Payroll Canada</> (PY-CA) steps:
Reporting and Statistics -> Record of Employment (ROE)
-> Record of Employment - ROE Workbench (New Version)
-> <DS:SIMG.OHAKREP211>Maintain reason codes for issuing ROE (Block 16)
    </>
    -> <DS:SIMG.OHAKREP221>Maintain action types for issuing ROE</>
-> <DS:SIMG.OHAKREP231>Maintain absence and attendance types for issuing
    ROE</>
Data missing from Block 16 (Further Contact Name)
The name of further contact for the ROE is missing and must be filled.
To resolve this error, you may pursue either of the following methods:
... use the name of the Personnel or Payroll Administrator assigned to
the employee in the <ZH>Organizational Assignment</> infotype (0001).
To this end, simply select the <ZH>HR</> or <ZH>Payroll</> radio button
from the <ZH>Record of Employment (ROE) - Generator</> selection screen.
To confirm the accuracy of Personnel or Payroll Administrator contact
information, you may also elect to perform the following Customizing for
    <ZK>Payroll Canada</> (PY-CA) step:
Reporting and Statistics -> Record of Employment (ROE) ->
Record of Employment - ROE Workbench (New Version) ->
    <DS:SIMG.OHAKREP261>Define ROE contact person details (Blocks 16, 21 &
    22)</>
... enter the name directly on the <ZH>Record of Employment (ROE) -
    Generator</> selection screen.
To this end, choose the radio button <ZH>Other (specify)</>, then enter
the name - first name followed by last name (e.g. Jacques Lemieux) - in
    the corresponding field.
Data missing from Block 16 (Further Contact Number)
The telephone number of further contact for the ROE is missing and must
    be filled.
To resolve this error, you may pursue either of the following methods:
... use the telephone number of the Personnel or Payroll Administrator
assigned to the employee in the <ZH>Organizational Assignment</>
    infotype (0001).
    22)</>
... enter the telephone number directly on the <ZH>Record of Employment
    (ROE) - Generator</> selection screen.
To this end, choose the radio button <ZH>Phone</>, then enter the area
code, telephone number and telephone extension in the corresponding
    fields.
    Data missing from Block 21
The telephone number of the issuer for the ROE is missing and must be
    filled.
To resolve this error, apply the instructions specified above - under
