    When you are creating a record for a Scottish Conjoined Arrestment
    Order (SCAO) - which consists of debts, fines, and maintenance - you
    need to create both an SCA3 record to represent the EA part of the
    arrestment order, and a SCA4 record to represent the CMA part. Since
    you have now created one part, the system warns you that you still have
    to create a &V1& record.
