Message text: Notification locked due to incorrect cancelation
An issue that was already reported is to be corrected by creating a
cancelation and a new notification (correction of issue). However, the
cancelation was set to status <LS>With Errors</> and cannot be
transmitted to the receiving office.
Therefore, the new notification cannot be transmitted at first (even
though it does not contain any errors) as the cancelation has to be sent
to the receiving office first.
The new notification is created initially with the status <LS>With
Errors</> (with substatus <LS>Locked</>) to prevent transfer to the
receiving office.
Based on the long text of the error notification in the administrator
list, determine the cause of the cancelation error.
Possible causes for incorrect cancelations:
The original notification was rejected by the receiving office but the
rejection was not imported into the system.
In this case, the status <LS>Rejected</> can be set manually in the
administrator list. A cancelation is not required because the original
notification was not forwarded by the receiving office.
The next time that the report RPCD3VD0 (Create DEUEV Notifications) is
executed, it deletes the cancelation and creates the locked notification
with the status <LS>New</>.
The original notification was accepted by the receiving office but the
check was changed retroactively.
In this case, the notification can no longer be cancelled automatically
as the receiving office will reject the cancelation. Report the
cancelation <ZH>manually</>. <ZH>Afterwards</>, use the <LS>Manually
Processed</> pushbutton in the administrator list to set the status of
the cancelation to <LS>Reported Manually</>.
The next time that the report RPCD3VD0 (Create DEUEV Notifications) is
executed, it creates the locked notification with the status <LS>New</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
