  • What causes this issue?

    The selected information object contains a link to a content object that
    does not exist.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    To remove the link from the content object:
    Select the content object.
    If it is an XML object, use SAP Knowledge Workbench (KWB) to edit the
    object.
    Choose Info Object -> Change Contents.
    The <LS>Edit Info Object</> screen appears.
    Delete the faulty link (hyperlink, fragmentlink, XML link) and save the
    content object.
    RESET N1
    To remove an information object from a structure:
    Select the structure.
    Choose Info Object -> Change Contents.
    The screen <LS>Edit Structure</> appears.
    Choose <LS>Info Object</> -> <LS>Remove from Structure</>.
    Save the structure.
